About Us

The Troy Area School District is a school district of the third class organized under state law in Bradford County, PA. It contains the boroughs of Alba, Burlington, Sylvania and Troy, and the townships of Armenia, Burlington, Columbia, Granville, South Creek, Springfield, Troy, Wells and West Burlington. It is situated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on 276 square miles, and is bordered by Tioga County on the west, the state of New York on the north, and by other Bradford county Townships on the east and south.

It has a public school population of approximately  1.418 in kindergarten through twelfth grades. There are two elementary schools, WR Croman (K-2) and  Troy Intermediate School (3-6), and one junior-senior high school, Troy Area Junior-Senior High School (7-12).
