11.12.2008:

Please note: There will be Concert Band Rehearsal after school on Thursday, November 20, from 3:20 to 4:30 in the Band Room.

We are still in need of a few chapeones/helpers for out performance at the Arnot Mall on Saturday, Nov. 22.  Please email Mr. Schwanger if you are able to help.  We will be moving a considerable amount of equipment from the truck into the mall.

The times for the Troy Christmas Parade on Saturday, November 29 have been updated.  The Parade begins at 11:00am and line-up is at 10:30am.  Line-up will be in the STUDENT PARKING LOT.  The parade route starts there and goes to W.R. Croman Elem.

11.5.2008:

The THS Trojans Varsity Football team has made the PIAA District IV Playoffs!  They are seeded #8 in Class AA, and will be traveling to Mount Carmel Area High School to play the #1 seed Mount Carmel Red Tornadoes, this Saturday, Nov. 8 at 7:00pm.  The Band will be traveling there as well to support the team.  We are planning to perform just as at any other away game.  Report time is 3:00 to the Commons Building.

Student Debts to the band are PAST DUE!!!  Please bring them in NOW!!!!  Checks can be made payable to Troy HS Band.

Please remember to check the calendar for all upcoming events, and plan ahead accordingly.  It is very important to the vitality of the program for all members to participate in all events.
