Mrs. Gilliland
Mrs. Gilliland graduated from Troy in 1995 and Bloomsburg University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.  Mrs. Gilliland began her career working in Philadelphia, PA at Ernst & Young, primarily in the audit assurance department.  While working at Ernst & Young Mrs. Gilliland obtained her CPA license in 2001.  In 2004, Mrs. Gilliland relocated back to Bradford County and worked at the Guthrie Clinic as a financial analyst and later Finance Manager for almost 9 years.  Mrs. Gilliland was hired by the Troy Area School District in August 2012 to be the Business Administrator for the district.  Mrs. Gilliland enjoys supporting youth sports by being President of the Jr. Trojan Football program for 5 years and currently serves on the Touchdown Club board.   Mrs. Gilliland resides in Troy with her husband Rob and two children Chloe & Brendan.      
Mr. Brion
Mr. Brion graduated from North Penn High School in 1986 and from Mansfield University in 1991 with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education.  Mr. Brion was hired by the Troy Area School District in August of 1998 as the Instructional Support Teacher for the District and spent several years coaching football, basketball, and baseball.  Also, during this time, he continued his education through Wilkes University obtaining a master's degree in education (MEd) with a concentration in Early Childhood.  After teaching in the district Mr. Brion applied for his Principal's Certification through Edinboro University which he obtained in December of 2004.  Mr. Brion has served the district at all grade levels as an administrator and is currently the 7-12 High School Principal.  Mr. Brion resides in Mansfield with his wife Jocelyn and has two children Willow and Hunter.
Mr. Feldmeier
Mr. Feldmeier graduated from Tecumseh High School (In) in 1993 and from Clarks Summit University (Pa) in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education (BSE) with certification areas in ELA and Math.  He completed his student teaching assignment at Abington Area School District and was hired to teach ELA and Math at a school in Indiana. He spent several years teaching and coaching football, wrestling and baseball in Pennsylvania and Indiana.  Also during this time, he continued his education at Alvernia University obtaining a Master’s Degree in Education (MEd) with a Principal Certification. After receiving an MEd from Alvernia University, Mr. Feldmeier attended Indiana State University to obtain his Education Specialist degree. Mr. Feldmeier has been a teacher, coach, assistant principal, athletic director, and lead principal during his career in Indiana and Pennsylvania. Mr. Feldmeier resides in the Troy area with his wife Sarah and four children Jed, Luke, Seth, and Gracie.
Mr. Kulago
Mr. Kulago is a 1997 graduate of Troy High School and a lifetime community member who resides in the quiet hills of the Coryland area. During his time as a student here in Troy, he was a standout athlete on the football field as well as that of a Track and Field sprinter.  Mr. Kulago continued to play football in college while attending Mansfield University and earning his bachelor's degree in 2003. He secured his master's degree in school administration from the University of Scranton in 2008. Mr. Kulago has served our district in multiple levels over the years. He has been an educator within the district for twenty years as well as serving in various coaching roles. Learning support teacher, Gifted Education Teacher, Teacher of Incarcerated Learners, and now Principal are all titles he has proudly served. Mr. Kulago has a profound love of our area and the people that make it special. When he is not serving the Troy school community, he enjoys the time he is able to spend with his family including his wife, Stacy, son, Hunter, and daughters, Haylee and Sage. 
Mr. Wilcox
Mr. Wilcox graduated from Troy Area School District in 2000 and from Mansfield University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education (BSE). Mr. Wilcox currently holds certifications in Biology, Mid-Level Science, PK-12 Agriculture, Safety and Driver Education, Safety and Security Personal, and PK-12 Principal for the state Pennsylvania. He completed his student teaching in the Wellsboro and the Southern Tioga School Districts. He continued his career as a substitute teacher in the Troy and Athens Area School Districts. In 2007, he was hired as an EAP tutor in the Athens Area School District. A position held until his hiring as a professional educator in 2009. In his tenure with the Athens Area School District Mr. Wilcox taught Biology, Earth and Space Science, Seventh Grade, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, and Agricultural Mechanics. Mr. Wilcox coached Track and Field and Football for the Athens Area School District. While teaching Mr. Wilcox obtained a Master of Science in Educational Administration from the University of Scranton. Mr. Wilcox taught high school until his appointment as Assistant Principal of the Northeast Bradford Elementary School in 2016. He was appointed principal in 2017 but returned to Athens after the birth of his son in 2018. Mr. Wilcox was hired as the Assistant Principal at Harlan Rowe Middle School.  He continued with this position until his appointment as principal of W.R. Croman Primary School in 2021. Mr. Wilcox lives in Athens Township with his wife Kristen and three children Breah, Baylor, and Kalon. In his spare time Mr. Wilcox likes to watch his children play sports, hunt, fish, and help on his family's farm on Mt Pisgah. He states, "I am happy to be home serving this great community and wish to continue to build upon the pride and tradition of this great school district.”  
Mr. Dooley
Mr. Dooley graduated from Wyalusing High School in 2008 and then from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania in 2010 with an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice. Mr. Dooley went on to attend the Lackawanna College Act 120 Municipal Police Academy in Scranton, Pennsylvania, graduating with his Act 120 certificate in July of 2015. In September of the same year, he was hired as a full-time Police Officer for Troy Borough Police Department.  In 2019 Mr. Dooley also worked as a part time security guard for American Security and Asset Protection security (ASAP), where he provided security details for Repsol assets. In July of 2019 Mr. Dooley was promoted to Chief of Police of the Troy Borough Police Department.  
Mrs. Bixby
Bonnie Bixby graduated from Troy High School in June 1989 and continued her education at Elmira Business Institute earning a diploma in Medical Office.  Bonnie worked for Scott’s Daycare as supervisor until she was hired as a cafeteria manager for Troy Area School District in 1996.  Bonnie continued her education with courses from Penn State, earning a certification through the School Nutrition Association in 2003.  She then became the Food Service Director for the district.  In March 2012, she earned her Pennsylvania Certified School Business Specialist.    In 2015, she took on an additional position as the district’s Transportation Director.   Bonnie resides in Gillett with her husband Ray.  They have a son, Zachary.  In her spare time, she is active in the community with the South Creek Fire Department and the Northern Tier Sportsman Club.  She likes to help her family run business, “Bixby’s Maple Syrup.”   Mrs. Bixby said, “I am happy to serve this great community.”

Mr. Horton was hired as the Director of Buildings and Grounds in the Fall of 2022. Mr. Horton brings a wide range of experience in commercial construction, logistics and operations, and was also a contributing consultant with the People with Disabilities program through Penn-Dot. Mr. Horton also worked in public and low-income housing through HUD and USDA for over a decade where his work included management, building maintenance, grant writing and administration. Before joining the district, Mr. Horton was a New York State licensed home inspector and had recently worked in neighborhood revitalization on a taskforce with Tioga County, New York, with various municipalities and government agencies.
