The WR Croman PTSO is organized for the purpose of supporting the education of our children by fostering relationships among the school, parents, and teachers. We meet the first Monday of every month at 5:15pm at the elementary school.

Stephanie Havens, President
Hello WR Croman Parents, Teachers, and Staff! This is my first year serving on the WRC PTSO board. I am excited and proud to be serving as the WR Croman PTSO President for the 2023/2024 school year!
I am a 2002 Graduate of Troy High School. I am employed full time at our family business – Havens Well Drilling.
I reside in Columbia Cross Roads with my husband Rich, our son Clayton (8), and our golden retriever, Duke.
In addition to the PTSO, I also serve as registrar for the Troy Area Youth Soccer board and enjoy volunteering my free time at WR Croman helping teachers and students whenever I can! I look forward to an exciting and fun filled year working together with parents, teachers, staff, and students!
Kate Brown, Vice President
Hello Troy family! I am happy to be serving as the VP of the WRC PTSO again this year. I have been on the board for the past 5 years and I am excited to see what this year will bring!
I am a 2008 graduate of Troy High School and a 2022 Graduate of Mansfield University with a B.S. in Biology, Medical Laboratory Science. I currently work at three of the local hospitals (Guthrie Corning, Arnot Ogden, and Robert Packer) as a Medical Scientist.
My daughter Aurelia (10), son Hoyt (6), and myself live in Gillett, PA- along with our two samoyeds (Valkyrie and Odin).
In addition to the PTSO, I also coach South Creek Baseball and have for the past 6 years. I am excited for the possibilities this year will bring and look forward to what's next!
Michelle Ayers, Secretary
Hello, WRC parents, teachers, and staff! This is my second year serving on the WRC PTSO board and I am proud to be serving as PTSO Secretary.
I am a 2006 Troy graduate and I currently work at Hoover Hardware & The Clothing Store doing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
I reside in Columbia Cross Roads, with my husband Nick, my stepson Dominick (20), stepson Deytan (16), my son Eli (14), my daughter Harper (8), and our dog Bailey.
I also manage the youth 3rd-6th grade boys basketball league, which I absolutely love doing. I sit as Secretary for the Troy Chamber of Commerce as well. I look forward to meeting many smiley happy children and amazing teachers and parents.
Erin Palmer, Treasurer
Hello, WRC parents, teachers, and staff! I am proud to be serving as the PTSO Treasurer this year.
While I did not attend TASD; my husband Jeffrey Palmer, is a 1999 Troy Graduate, and a teacher at TIS. I hold a B.S. Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Clarkson University, and a Masters in General Business from Elmira College. I am currently employed at Corning, Inc. as a Demand Planning Analyst for the Gorilla Glass Business.
Jeff and I live in Gillett with our two boys; Jacob (5) and Evan (2), and our two black labs; Ragnar and Rollo.
I look forward to my first year of serving on the PTSO board, and meeting the parents, teachers, and students this year!
