Superintendent Evaluation

Objecive Perormance Standards

Section 1073.1 of the Public School Code of 1949 provides that "the employment contract for a district superintendent shall include objective performance standards mutually agreed to in writing by the board of school directors and the district superintendent."
 

Goals / Evaluation 2018-2019

 
Goal 1: Organizational Leadership - NOT MET
The Superintendent will develop and direct the work of the district staff toward reaching the district goals established in the 4-year Comprehensive Plan.
Goal 2: Family, Community, and Advocacy - MET
The Superintendent will continue to strengthen its relationships with the community, non-profit, post-secondary, and civic organizations in order to provide all students, families, and staff with a variety of educational and support programs.
Goal 3: Professional Growth - MET
The Superintendent will ensure the implementation of a teacher and principal effectiveness evaluation system within the district that includes student achievement measures and aligns to State expectations.
