In an effort to gain another point of contact with our parents for communication and future programs, we are asking that you complete this online form with your email. Please complete a separate form for each student. All emails will be put into our student information system. If you have already given us your email on a green card in the fall, we are still asking that you complete this form to minimize transcribing errors.
