Dr. Stair comes to us from Millville, Pennsylvania. He served there for 11 years as High School Principal. His education consists of a bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University in Elementary Education with a concentration in mathematics. He received his master’s degree from Cheyney University in Educational Administration with a principal certification K-12. In May of 2020 he earned his doctorate degree from Immaculata University with a superintendent certification.
Dr. Stair was enlisted in the United States Marine Corps from 1995 – 2000. He was a crew-chief on CH-46E Helicopters at the Marine Air Base in Camp Pendleton, CA. He was honorable discharged as an E-5 Sergeant.
Dr.
Stair will be living in our district with his wife Venus. He has three beautiful children Sophie,
Oriana and Noah. He is looking forward
to settling into the community and becoming a part of the Troy family.
Currently,
Dr. Stair and the Troy team members are working at putting together the health
and safety plan regarding the opening procedures for the start of school in the
fall. Please stay tuned as more
