If your child will be playing a sport in 7th grade, they will need a PIAA physical. There is a 6-page document that will need completed by you and the athlete along with the 6th page being the actual physical. This will need completed after June 1st of this year to be eligible to play any sport in the next school year- 2021/2022. We will have a physician available at the High School Nurses Office on June 10th to perform these physicals or you may have them completed at your family physician office.
