The first step in this process is the Transition Discoveries survey. This survey asks students, their families, District employees, and community stakeholders to share information and experiences regarding all things Transition. 

We need your valuable feedback! 

The survey will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to

If you are a student under 18, please have your parent or guardian scan the Parent Permission QR code or have them visit the following link to grant permission prior to your participation: bit.ly/troy-permission .

Once the data is collected, we will review the findings as a team next year during our Transition Discoveries Community Action Planning event – more information on this will be available in the future!
