Please forgive me. I apologize and accept full responsibility that the mask exception procedure was not made clear to everyone.
In order for a student to be exempt from wearing a mask in school and on the bus, the mask accommodation form must be signed by your physician. The mask accommodation form can be found on our district website or can be picked up in the school building offices.
Once the district receives the masking accommodation form signed by your physician, your student will be exempt from wearing the mask and we will start the 504 process in the student services office.
Again, I’m sorry this was not clear to everyone and I accept responsibility for it.
