Northern Tier Industry & Education Consortium (NTIEC) is proud to recognize Kayden Vogel as a recipient of the Outstanding Student Award. This award is a reflection Kayden’s hard work, commitment, and success in the school-to-work program during his senior year.

As part of the program, Kayden completed an internship with AutoZone in Troy, PA, where he gained valuable real-world experience in his day-to-day interactions at work. Throughout the year, Kayden demonstrated reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new skills.

“Kayden is a rising star,” said Chris, his supervisor. “He is a good kid. He asks good questions and has great customer service and computer skills.”

Kayden shared that he enjoyed being able to earn money while going to school. Being in the school-to-work program provided him with the opportunity to learn effective time management. He appreciated being able to work in the morning, attend school in the afternoon, and participate in athletics at night.

The Outstanding Student Award includes a scholarship, provided by NTIEC.

Congratulations Kayden on a well-deserved achievement!
