Please note that the Department of Human Services (DHS) has a new P-EBT inquiry Portal at https://www.pennebt.com/en. Do not use any previous links. The inquiry portal is for parents to submit specific questions to DHS about their child’s PEBT benefits. This portal is separate from the Parent Portal that parents can use to look up whether their child was determined eligible for P-EBT and to request a replacement card. Descriptions of these two resources along with others such as the DHS P-EBT family hotline number are included in the Family Guide.
