Today we celebrate our Fall Athletes!

Attention Juniors and Seniors and their families,

You are invited to attend a Financial Aid Night on Monday, November 17th at 5pm at Canton High School. A representative from the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) will be presenting on many financial aid topics including instructions on how to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the different types of financial aid. The PHEAA representative will also be available to answer questions at the end of the presentation.

Please plan to attend this event, even if you have not made a decision on if you plan to attend college after graduation. See us in the guidance office if you have any questions!

During this week of "National School Bus Safety Week" please do your part in keeping the kids safe.

In honor of School Bus Safety Week, we would like to recognize our very own Rosalyn Killian on placing third in the State for Division 1 of the School Bus Safety Poster Contest through the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation! Way to go Rosalyn!

When Bus Safety Week overlaps Spirit Week, all the fun happens!!
Thank you to all the bus drivers for keeping our students safe.

On Thursday 10/16, twenty-two students represented Troy at the BSCMEA County Chorus Festival at the Junior High and Senior High levels. They rehearsed diligently for many hours and put together a fabulous concert! The choirs were made up of some of the best junior high and high school musicians Bradford and Sullivan Counties have to offer and they were awesome students to work with all day!

Have your student check the milk cooler to try this new item! It won't be around long; so encourage them to get it while it's here!

Ask your student what they had for lunch today!

Time to turn in those tabs! You may drop off your tabs at any of the school buildings. Be sure to come out for the final weigh in at the Old Shoe Game, Friday, October 24, in Canton. Troy has won the last three years in a row, let's make it four!

Oct.2, 2025 - College and Career Fair at Commonwealth University - 9-11am -
All 11th grade students have been invited to visit the College and Career Fair at Commonwealth University in Mansfield on October 2nd, from 9:00-11:00am. Students must sign up to attend and have the parent permission slip signed and returned by Monday Sept.29. Any questions please call the guidance office. 570-297-2176 ext. 5305.

The Smile Mobile Dentist will be at TIS next week!

Students will bring home the dental forms today!

If your child has visited the mobile dentist in the past, please update the paper form and return to the office or updates can be completed online. New patients should complete the paper form and return to the office or submit the form online.
