The Troy Area School District Food Service Department will be hosting a contest for the WR Croman Primary Students on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, during lunch, with the help of the High School Girls Basketball Team.
The team will have tables set up in the cafeteria with a Harvest of the Month Item for every month of the year. Students will be given the opportunity to try the item for the month of their birthday. Everyone willing to try the new item will receive a small prize.
The WRC students will also participate in a coloring contest based on their favorite fruit or vegetable. There will be prizes awarded for the winners of the coloring contest by grade.
The school district has been participating in the PA Harvest of the Month Program for many years. We are happy to provide a large variety of fruits and vegetables as part of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Program.
