The Archery Team was scheduled to attend the NASP (national archery in the school program) Pennsylvania State Shoot last March 13. We weren't able to attend due to the "shut down".
The students practiced, and shot qualifying scores at 2 different tournaments. We had two from our team with high scores Nathan Signor placed 2nd in his division and Jacob Wales was 8th for his. We were disappointed last year, but we are excited to be able to make it to the State Shoot again this year.
We are grateful to the TASD school board for allowing us to practice for the upcoming Virtual PA NASP state Shoot.
We are also happy to have the opportunity to practice at the Troy Sale Barn. We appreciate Nicole Harris and the Armenia Mountain Spurs Chapter of the NWTF supporting our efforts.
Students have been practicing during club periods and will continue for the next few months at the Sale Barn. We have high hopes of making it to Nationals this year.

The team is under the direction of HS PE teachers Christina Sheeley and Gary Ward.
