We are excited to welcome back our students. We have combined a few routes and your child’s transportation has changed. Our bus riders will have assigned seats the first day of school. There are many buses that are two and three students to a seat.
Please refer to the enclosed transportation assignment letter for the pickup and drop off times regarding your child’s school transportation for the 2022/2023 school year. Remember students are to be at their bus stop 5-10 minutes before their designated pick-up time. The school buses/vans are on a tight schedule to get the students safely to their school building.
Please note your child/children’s bus/van number, driver, and pick up and drop off times may have changed, as there have been several changes for the 2022-2023 school year.
Several of the buses are full to legal capacity and we are unable to provide any guest transportation. If your family has an emergency, please call the Transportation Office to receive authorization for your child to ride another bus to an approved stop on a different route.
At WR Croman we are using transfer buses in the afternoon. WRC bus riders will depart at 2:40 p.m. The bus riders will ride the transfer bus to the TIS and Jr/Sr High School parking area. The bus drivers will walk to the transfer bus and pick up their students. TIS bus riders will dismiss at 2:55 p.m. and Jr/Sr High School bus riders will dismiss at 3:00 p.m.

For example, if your child rides bus 10 home, they will ride bus 12 to TIS/HS School parking area and the driver
will assist your child to bus 10.
Transportation is a Privilege in the State of Pennsylvania. The bus rules are posted on the school district website. Please review these rules with your child as they will be expected to follow the rules. All the buses are equipped with audio/video camera systems to be used for disciplinary action. All buses are equipped with digital radios.
