Hello, Troy School Community Members!

It is with great pleasure and honor that I am able to continue our work towards the goal of further district improvements. My goal as the district leader is to maintain the rigorous school curriculum we are known for while providing a safe and nurturing environment for all students to thrive.  I also want to continue to empower our parents to serve as partners in the overall educational process. Since joining this District in October 2021, I have focused on listening, learning, and developing relationships with staff, students, and the school community. Together, we are building on past successes, imagining new possibilities, and creating our future together.

Our district currently offers an array of programs to help provide an engaging learning environment that meets the diverse needs of its learners. Our Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports System (PBI) along with our Child Study and Instructional Support Teams (CST/IST) ensure that we are meeting the academic and social-emotional needs of students in our district. 

I believe that the Troy Area School District has the highest concentration of exemplary staff (principals, teachers, district leaders, mental health professionals and support staff).  Our staff is instrumental in providing the best educational and social experiences for our students and is responsible for the exemplary learning environment that we know and love in Troy.
