Last week, we had five students represent Troy as a part of the PMEA District 8 Chorus Festival where they auditioned for the Regional level individually and rehearsed in a group of about 175 singers from Bradford, Snyder, Lycoming, Columbia, Union, Montour, Northumberland, Sullivan and Tioga counties to put on a FANTASTIC concert on Friday evening at Susquehanna University. It was agreed upon by many of the directors that this was one of the best district-level choirs we have ever had and they were all so humble, kind, dedicated, and responsible. All of our students from Troy placed well in their Regional audition and two qualified for Regional Chorus at the end of the month with Ace Keltz placing 2nd, Logan Lozo placing 10th, and Isaac Gates taking 2nd alternate! Please congratulate them all on a job well done! Amber Jo White, Whitney Haflett, Ace Keltz, Isaac Gates, Logan Lozo
