Dear Troy Area School District Community ~
Due to the forecasted extreme cold temperatures, we will operate on a 2-hour delay for Tuesday, January 21, 2025, and Wednesday, January 22, 2025. This decision ensures the safety and well-being of our students, staff and families.
The delay will provide time for buses to warm up adequately and for families to make necessary adjustments.

Due to the impending weather, tomorrows Youth Basketball clinic will be postponed and will be rescheduled at the same time for next Sunday, January 26th. Thank you.
The Medal Ceremony for our State Champion Football Team will be held on January 15th at 7:00pm. The Girls basketball team will play their varsity game first at 6:00pm. We will hand out medals around 7:00pm. No charge for admission for this evening.

Alyssa Parks will be attending Mansfield University for early childhood education this upcoming academic year while playing basketball, running Cross country and track for Mansfield. "I am excited to embark on this new journey and want thank everyone who has supported me along the way."
Alyssa Parks is a Cross Country: State medalist. 4-time state qualifier, All-Region second team. Basketball: Northern Tier League Champions. Yvonne Young Memorial Award. Northern Tier All Region First team. Track: 2 - time district medalist in 300mH and High Jump. District medalist in Pole vault. State qualifier in the 300-meter hurdles.

TIS Food Drive! December 04-December 13! Donations support the Christmas Basket Program funded by the Troy Lions Club. The Christmas Basket Program benefits families in need throughout the Troy Area School District.
With record number of motorists on the road during the holidays, the TASDPD wants to wish everyone a safe and happy Thanksgiving and to please remember when traveling to buckle up, pay attention, and the text can wait.
